Folks, you will see many methods of tracking your progress for leg cut offs in a long trail race with many cut offs and different variations of elements to each leg. I have seen folks laminate a sheet of info to their pack and some just have it in their pack. Some can memorize it(way cool)! Me? I take a marker and write it on my arms and legs the night before and then in the morning after it smears some I take another color marker and go over it again! Works well! Some say it’s gonna hurt me. I’ve been writing on my arms for a long time now. Started when I was a nurse and found that I kept losing my clipboard.
