Folks, just having a little fun but sometimes the obvious is looked over in favor of things that make losing fat seem really complicated! It is not! It is very difficult for some but it is very simple! Only four things that have calorie can be used by the body: fat at 9 calories /gram; alcohol 7 cal/gram ; protein 4 cal/ gram and carbohydrates 4 cal/gram. That’s it! What’s more is if you take in less calories than you burn then you, HAVE TO ACCORDING TO SCIENCE, lose weight! All the other little things make only a very small difference! But the media and weight loss institutions seem to want to make things seem so complicated. I wonder why that is? The Trainer
