Can’t spot reduce fat! Period! The Trainer 


Folks, “YOU CANT SPOT REDUCE FAT”! It comes off all over the body on a percentage basis. This means if you have more fat in your gut then you will lose more there. So if you lose 10% Bodyfat then that means you lose 10% of what is there, no more and no less! Some people confuse how you lose fat with how you gain muscle. Muscle is just the opposite, you can work your right bicep and not your left and you will end up with a big right arm but not the left. Ok so “one more time”, you cannot, scientifically speaking, SPOT REDUCE FAT! Thank you! The Trainer
