Many would have you think that losing fat is complicated, it absolutely is not! It’s no more complicated than trying to figure out why your car won’t start after not putting gas in it. Don’t put gas into your car it can’t run… Don’t put food into your stomach and your body has to use what’s already there (gas in the tank) and that means what is already in your body gets less and less(lose fat). There are certain businesses and people in society that profit from trying to make you believe that that process(using up that gas in the tank/ calories in your body) is extremely complicated, again as you can see, it is not!
