20 burpees/ 200 knees to pads alternating(done high)/ 20 push-ups(forehead to pad) / 1:2 punches 200/ 20 iron mikes(must touch knee down every time)/15 pound slam ball slamming  standing 100 times( ball over head each time) run city block down an back(on a hill)  10 times with 15# slam ball tucked in.
