I am about teaching you "movement" of your body and control of your body by training your mind as well! I am totally about helping you reach the goals that "you" set for yourself! I was an RN in CCU for 15 years and now I am a "Functional personal trainer" so I can help people have fun, get into( and stay) into great shape and keep them out of hospitals and free of pain and at home with their loved ones where they belong!
