Do you just look at one variable when training? You know like bench press weight, running speed & etc.? Well if you could point to only one part of your body that gives you that variable then maybe it would be ok! But you can’t because our bodies are the most complicated item to ever arrive on planet earth! Bottom line, as they all say, you need every part of your body involved on any action taken by said body! What to do? Ah! Use the old noggin! Ask and it will tell! So much better that the 8 Ball!
