Everything and nothing…

I get rid of so called “boundaries”! I have nothing prepared for the client when they get to my studio for a session. You might have seen trainers with a clip board, I don’t own one of those. We start with a “clean” slate, except I know their goals and past history. I ask them if they have any discomfort at all anywhere. I then ask them what “direction” they would like to go with their session. By that, I mean that they tell me what “type” of training they would like for the day. They could say, boxing, kicking, upper body, lower body, full body resistance, more or less cardio, core and etc. then we go to it. I have done this long enough that we automatically start training. I don’t have to think much because I know my client. I have taken a full hour to get to know them on the free consultation.
