Why not “win” this year? Anyone have something against winning?

How many times have we all done it? We set a New Years Resolution and go too hard and fast and find ourselves in worse shape the next January 1st! The key is, I believe, is to except “less” early on and to make our ultimate goal to just be a little farther each and every day! I think it was Albert Einstein who said something like, “to continue doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result is insanity “!

So I want to distance myself from “insanity” as much as possible, how about you? So the 1st small step is to “avoid” that “crazy” step January,1 2020! Take care.
