Don’t count on shortcuts

There are no “shortcuts” in creating and maintaining a healthy and fit body!

I assure you that if you try to “take” more than you give, your “plan” will backfire! There is a way of doing things and then there is a “slick, I’ll get away with it” way. An example? Sure.

People wait until they are really out of shape from many things, including over drinking, over drugging, laziness and many others. Then here comes January 1st and they see a way to get what they want after all and all they have to do is to suffer for a couple of months and ,bam! they’ll be right where they want to be! What are we talking about? The “savior” of course, New Years Resolution!

The problem is that they have called on the “resolution” to save them in the past and they fell flat on their face! But, for some reason, they forget that every time by the next New Years.

I’m going tell you something you’ve heard many times but please really listen! If you didn’t have to work hard to get something you really desire, it probably won’t be that great!
