How to ensure you continue exercising…

I’ve seen many people attempting to maintain exercising 1- “if I pay for it then I will keep doing it” 2- “if I just don’t think about it?” 3- “if I can kickstart it with a New Years Resolution”! 4- “if I tell myself that it will be better for my health.”

Well, none of those seem to work at all! What does work? Learn to enjoy yourself when training! Challenge yourself in one way or another! You “must” have fun! If you do, you will come back to it!
