Your weight many times then listen up!

You need to CHANGE your methods!
If you always eat while watching television
then STOP!

If you throw a party with FOOD AND DRINK
Every time something comes up:
ballgame, feeling low, feeling high!
Then that must change at least somewhat
If we don’t change our patterns but
we only say we’ll change then you
