Ultimately, training young kids represents
the most productive part of my day!

That’s because the earlier you start exercising,
the more you can absorb.
Also, if a child is involved with training then
it is more likely that the person will
train in “older age” regardless if they
miss 10-20 years in between!
This is my observation.
