I don’t like being controlled
By others or “unknowingly”
By myself!

Years ago I started doing things, not to lose
Weight, but to keep “control” LIKE:
No longer eating meals while watching a movie.
No more “pigging” out during certain activities.
I stopped relating FOOD to almost every thing.

While I was working on this, it occurred to me
That I was doing what others were.
I wasn’t eating because I “needed” to
I wasn’t eating because I even “wanted to”
At times!

I was eating because I had “programmed”
Myself to eat in relation to all of these things!

Time to delete my computer disc!
