Topic: eating and needing to be perfect!

Lets talk about eating well and it’s longevity.

What?

How can you make changes to your eating habits that will “stick”?

First and foremost, you’ve got to change the way in which you deal with “change”?

What?

Many folks set themselves on a certain calorie restriction and then if they go off of it a little for one day then they lose it! They either beat themselves up or quit altogether or both.

What needs to be done is to toss out that “PERFECTIONIST” attitude! It is what is making you “FAT “!

What?

You need to be thinking long term ! With long term perfection never ever works! The reason is “there is no such thing with creatures like “Humans”!

We all fail! That’s not the problem! The problem comes up when we can’t look at it and say, “this ‘failure’ is part of WINNING”! As a matter of fact it is a very LARGE part of winning! It is “Calculated” into the formula of “WINNING IN LIFE “!

It’s just not about reaching goals! That’s relatively EASY! It’s about how do you live a great life AFTER YOU REACH THISE GOALS!
