Stop with too much preplanning!

Tons of pre-planning is great for the big “EVENT”, because you want it to go as smooth as you can to win! But for training, you want to put all of your emotions and stress and burn as many calories as you can! I have found that if my training comes from my “feelings” and my “intensity” in the moment, then I get so much more into and out of it! Training isn’t about being perfect and not getting drained! No, it’s about putting everything you’ve got so that when the event comes you win and looked like you could’ve “phoned” it in! Thanks, The Trainer (RN)*
