Getting bored with workouts? Not sure how to make proper changes? #1- remember when you were a kid and you could play with an empty box for hours? That’s because folks told you to use your mind and “create” your world! That box was no longer just a piece of cardboard, no it was a fort! It was your armor! It became anything you wanted it to be and get this… for that time period, you actually convinced yourself that it wasn’t a box! You, as an adult, must be able to “leave” your real world for short periods of time so that you can “believe” that things are “more” than your adult eyes and mind tells you! The other option? Hate your workouts!
