Be BOLD!

If you’ve never exercised before then you will START OUT very slow and with low resistance. Now, that is the beginning but as you move along in your training, you will continue to ADD something! That something could be Time, resistance, different exercises, different techniques etc. But you don’t generally want to TRADE one thing for another, you want to continue to ADD/ not Subtract! If you don’t then you won’t continue to advance and you will get bored and maybe quit altogether! You don’t want to be there!
