Exactly, how do you do that?

My answer was something like this: everything I do in life, mentally or physically, I do “based” on how I feel! That’s because I know, very well, my mind and body! If I’m running up a mountain, say, I can tell very quickly if I have gained even .5% Bodyfat! So I know to eat a little less. I maintain my Bodyfat % pretty much the same all the time by knowing my mind/body! Unless I want to change it and then I do! Actually, this is the most sensible method as far as I can tell. If you don’t go by how you feel then I suppose you are reading about how someone else “feeds” their body and you try to mimic it but here’s the “rub”, their body is different than yours! They have a different metabolic rate so your measuring “apples/oranges”! Have a great day!
