Need to lose Bodyfat? Read on!

Have you been eating “non-nutritious” food most of your life(15+ years) and you are not currently doing much exercise? And you have quite a bit of Bodyfat that you want to lose? Every person is different but here’s what has helped my clients.

• Start by slowly adding some exercise (at first whatever you enjoy)

• Also start decreasing your calories (slowly, remember that THE MOST IMPORTANT part of starting is to make sure you don’t do a lot of stopping)

• When you are getting close to your goal Bodyfat % then slowly start adding more nutritious foods.

Many people try to do everything at once but the last I heard that only works for about 7% of the people that try that method. Think about it, you’ve been eating crappy food your whole life! What’s the hurry to change it so fast? Especially if you are one of those 93% that will quit!?
