Time Under Tension

Time under tension is a method of training where you keep some tension on a muscle or group of muscles for an extended period of time! It has been shown to be very effective! If you do “drop sets” then you are already using this. There are many ways one can implement this! Just remember that you stay with basically the same muscle group but do things like “holds” or changing up exercises somewhat but no rest in between.
