Up for a game?

I used to love board games when I was a kid! Especially, the “Game Of Life!” Now that I’m getting older I realize that life is, and should be, a wonderful game! How do you play a fun game? Well somehow, I feel, you need a “challenge”! You can wait around for others to challenge you, which I’m not crazy about! Or you can challenge yourself! Now that’s the ticket! Why? Well it’s like the old school of dating for ladies. They were told that there role was just to sit by the phone in case SOMEONE calls! Wow! B O R I N G! So these days many women take their dating lives into their own hands! Oh my! You mean they call a guy? Yes, except they don’t just call a guy, they call THE GUY that they’re interested in! Wow! Makes things much more exciting and “live able” for them, don’t you think?

So back to fitness! If you wait around for someone else to challenge you then you lose control of your “GAME OF LIFE!” The way to raise the stakes and have real fun is to challenge yourself every day at every workout! I’ve done this most of my life and when others would stop training and ask me how do I continue every day? I tell them that it’s because “I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!” Have fun my friends!
