Am I having fun?

Want to stay “in shape” after you reach your goals? If so, then the first question you ask yourself along the journey is not “am I losing weight”? or “am I getting more muscle mass”? No! It should be “am I enjoying this?” Why? Because you can lose all the Bodyfat and get stronger and look awesome but if you are not having fun then it won’t stay! Actually, you will let everything slip away after you reach your goal! I’ve seen this in so many people over the years, including myself. There is something in our minds that says “what is this all for” “What now?” “Is this it?” And on and on… when you achieve something but didn’t enjoy the process. Have fun, my friends!
