I use boxing/martial arts movements and techniques to improve your body for more than you can get from resistance exercises alone!

I don’t train people to fight people! Nothing wrong with it but what I do is to use fighting “training” techniques to improve on a person’s regular resistance workout! The muscles respond differently to “hit” to a bag than they do to a pushup! You need, in my opinion, to tap into “everything” and work “all” the angles or risk never reaching your full potential!
