Read on if you’re thinking of doing a “New Years Resolution”

Ok first of all there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing a New Years Resolution! They almost all will work, just like diets! The question is will you allow them to work? Most people hit a “resolution” like a football player “tackles” a quarterback! What happens? You burn out quickly! You give up quickly! You need to take a very “positive” but “sensible” approach to give yourself a “chance”! I’ve heard of people setting their goals for 500 calories/day! The problem is that the day before they started(December 31), they were eating 4000 calories/day! That way of going about it will probably never “pan” out for you!
