Again and again…

We get up, grab our coffee, eat the same food, drive the same way to work. Do the same thing all day long. Get back in the same car and drive the same route, then eat the same food and go to sleep and do it all over again. I’m 57 years old and have been training since I was 12! Looking back, this is the most consistent thing I have done in my life that was extremely positive! I wouldn’t take back even one day training! If you are going to train then I highly suggest that you do “functional training!” It helps with living life outside in the real world. Also, because you are changing angles frequently, you’re much less likely to become bored or develop an injury!
