What many people still believe is true, but isn’t, because they see false information and statements on the internet, commercials or hear from their friends: • they believe that sit ups are the best thing to strengthen abdominals. • they believe that if you do a “resistance” exercise for your abdominals that it will get rid of fat specifically at your waistline! • they believe that you can “spot reduce” Bodyfat! • they think that all extremities should be worked with the same exact resistance! • they believe that if a “diet” works for one person that it will work for them! • they think that if they jog for 30 minutes that it burns the same amount of calories for everyone else that does the same! • they think that they can know their mind and body by reading about someone else’s mind/body! & On & On!
